Wayne Bergeron is one of the most sought-after trumpeters worldwide, renowned for his blazing lead work with Maynard Ferguson's band in the 1980s and contributions to over 500 film/TV soundtracks, including La La Land, Frozen, The Incredibles, West Side Story (2021), and Despicable Me. His featured solos and recordings span icons like Ray Charles, Beyoncé, Michael Bublé, and Green Day. Housemade Focaccia Polpette di Melancane, a meatless meatball prepared with eggplant and served with Nonna's sauce. Fileja con 'Nduja, housemade pasta in a spicy 'Nduja sauce. Pesce Spada Alla Ghiotta, pan-seared swordfish in a gremolata, with a side of roasted onion and broccolini. Tartufo di Pizzo, classic Calabrian dessert.
