A ladies-only La Paulée BYOB dinner
Autumn Ladies’ Paulée-Style BYOB Dinner is the second edition of 67 Pall Mall’s Ladies’ BYOB series this year. The dinner is ladies-only and takes its cue from La Paulée, the Burgundian tradition of harvest feasts. Autumn is the seasonal frame for the event, linked to harvest across the Northern Hemisphere.
Burgundy brought to the table
Female Members are invited to bring either a bottle or a magnum of Burgundy to share with fellow Members at the table. The format is presented in Paulée spirit, and no corkage fee is charged for the Burgundy brought to the dinner.

Listed highlights included rabbit and mangalitsa terrine with spring greens, pickled walnut and toasted brioche, plus stuffed cornfed chicken with saucisson, salt-baked kohlrabi, cime di rapa and truffled pomme purée.
