A five-day Columbia culinary festival
The festival is in its ninth annual edition and runs over five days across multiple venues in Columbia. The schedule runs from April 22 to April 26, 2026, with a Tastemakers preview party on April 21, 2026.
Its program spans more than 10 signature events and brings together more than 100 chefs, mixologists, and makers. Since its founding, the festival has welcomed more than 15,600 guests to 62 events featuring more than 375 culinary partners from across the region.
Program formats
Named events include a progressive seated multi-course Kickoff Dinner across four levels of 1649 Main Street, Cocktail Games as a competition featuring top mixologists, The Collections Served with a guided art tour followed by an art-inspired seated dinner, and a Reconstruction Dinner focused on historical food and culture.
The lineup also includes Bunaroo, a tasting event centered on sliders, baos, and buns, and the Grand Tasting finale, which features more than 100 tasting stations, demonstrations, and live music.
