Chef ChangKi Kang x Hana Makgeolli PopUp | Sunday, October 11, 2026 2:00 PM | Chef Changki Kang brings his thoughtful approach to Korean cuisine to Hana Makgeolli for a special one-day collaboration. | Need to Know Please arrive at the reserved time you selected. Reservations will be seated either at the bar or at a shared table. All party sizes will be allotted 1hr 30min. About For this special collaboration with Hana Makgeolli, Chef Kang will present a menu that reflects his style of Korean cooking, paired alongside Hana Makgeolli’s Korean traditional alcohol. Most recently, Chef Kang was the owner-chef of ODRE in New York’s East Village, where his cooking focused on seasonal ingredients, Korean flavors, and food inspired by memory and tradition.
