Three days of tastings and seminars in Aspen

Food & Wine Classic Aspen is a three-day culinary event organized by Food & Wine in Aspen. The 2026 edition runs June 19-21 and includes cooking demonstrations, wine and spirits seminars, panel discussions, book signings, meet-and-greets, and Grand Tasting Pavilion sessions.

Grand Tasting Pavilion and editor pours

The Grand Tasting Pavilion is described as the weekend’s centerpiece, with more than 200 curated offerings from food, wine, and spirits purveyors. Pass details also describe access to the pavilion five times during the weekend, with vineyards, distilleries, chefs, and artisanal food producers represented.

The tasting program includes the F&W Wine Bar, where Food & Wine editors pour rotating curated wines and signature cocktails paired with bites created for that tasting session. The same pass details name a Best New Chefs corner featuring the 2025 BNC Class and signature bites.

Cooking demonstrations and beverage sessions

Pass programming includes a choice of five cooking demonstrations and beverage seminars from more than 40 options. The cooking demos focus on chefs explaining the stories and techniques behind favorite dishes, while beverage seminars focus on wine, spirits, and pairings.

The broader schedule includes more than 80 seminar sessions and cooking demos, alongside Grand Tasting Pavilion sessions showcasing winemakers, distillers, and food purveyors. Specialized trade-industry sessions and private trade tastings are also part of the programming.

Named featured chefs include Bobby Flay, Tyler Florence, Andrew Zimmern, and Stephanie Izard, with Anthony Giglio listed as a beverage and seminar host. Named program locations and hosts include Wagner Park, Aspen Mountain, Blackberry Farm, Chubby Fish, and Williams Selyem.
