About Yurbban Ramblas
With an address right on Barcelona’s most famous promenade, a block from Plaça de Catalunya, Yurbban Ramblas Boutique Hotel is steps away from the Font de Canaletas. Drink from the waters of the famous fountain, as the legend goes, and you’re destined to return to the Catalan capital. It’s an idea that aligns perfectly with the Yurbban brand — at Yurbban Ramblas, as at its sister hotels nearby, guests are invited to live like locals. Very stylish, plugged-in locals: the hotel’s design and art collection were all created by Barcelona natives, pa amb tomàquet (fresh bread with tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic) is a staple on the breakfast table, a sleek co-working space provides a quiet spot to catch up on emails, and you can help yourself to drinks anytime from the honesty bar. Rooms are fashionably furnished, yet compact and practical, in keeping with the theme. They’re minimalist in style, with parquet flooring, white coffered walls and ceilings, black wood furniture, and jewel-toned accents. All have large windows letting in natural light, and while many face an interior courtyard, some look out over Las Ramblas. The “tiny” room is mostly just for sleeping and showering, but suites and family rooms offer plentiful space. Their petite wrought-iron balconies are just for show, but Yurbban Ramblas more than makes up for it with its inviting rooftop terrace with lounge furniture, hammocks, potted plants, and sun umbrellas, not to mention inspiring views over the neighborhood’s iconic architecture.
