Play of Sunlight Mushroom Dinner with Wine Pairing

A collaborative mushroom dinner

This dinner is built as a multi-course collaborative mushroom pairing with wine pairings, not a general tasting or open-ended restaurant service. Food Glorious Food hosts the event with Play of Sunlight Mushrooms, putting the collaboration itself at the center of the format. The event name also identifies wine pairing as part of the program, so the verified structure is a seated dinner organized around courses, mushrooms, and matched wine selections.

That matters because the dinner is not only attached to the restaurant as a venue; the program connects the restaurant’s courses and wine selections with mushrooms supplied by a named local producer.

What the program focuses on

The featured ingredient is cultivated specialty mushrooms from Play of Sunlight Mushrooms, identified as a Tallahassee urban farm and local urban producer. Those mushrooms are paired with courses and wine selections prepared by Food Glorious Food. The available program detail names the producer and the pairing structure, rather than individual mushroom varieties, dishes, or wine labels.

Food Glorious Food is identified as the featured venue and as the host, while Play of Sunlight Mushrooms is identified as the collaborating mushroom producer. The practical takeaway is that the dinner brings together a Tallahassee restaurant and a Tallahassee urban farm for a mushroom-centered meal with wine pairings prepared through the restaurant’s program.
