About the event
Shared dining on a river barge
Community Dinner Barge is built around a shared dining cruise rather than a conventional meal at a fixed table inside a restaurant. The dinner takes place aboard a river barge floating along the San Antonio River Walk, with Boudro’s Texas Bistro hosting and catering the cruise. That format matters: the event combines a group dinner setup with movement along the River Walk, so the barge is part of the dining format, not just transportation attached to a restaurant reservation.
South Texas bistro dinner and drinks
The food component is described as a South Texas bistro multi-course dinner with drinks. The event description also points to a variety of food and drinks paired with a view, which keeps the focus on a full dinner-and-drinks program rather than a single tasting item or a bar-only outing. No individual dishes, drink names, dietary options, or menu sequence are provided, so the most useful way to read the format is as a catered multi-course dinner cruise with drinks included in the event description.
