Spanish classics with named Ribera and Rioja pours

The kitchen’s menu centres on Spanish classics for Sunday dining, including pan con tomate, paella, patatas bravas and other generous plates. The wine selection is led by Head Sommelier & Lounge Operations Elton Muço, with pours chosen to show modern Spanish winemaking.

Named wine highlights include a 2016 Gran Reserva from Olagar Remírez de Ganuza and the 2018 Flor de Pingus from Dominio de Pingus. The Flor de Pingus is identified as a Ribera del Duero bottling.

    • Guests who prefer to use their own reserves may arrange wines by emailing the Cellar team.

Hetty and the Jazzato Band soundtrack the afternoon

Live music comes from Hetty and the Jazzato Band, performing a Spanish-inspired set that brings together Spanish and South American favourites with selections from the Great American Songbook. Kids’ Club and live music begin after lunch service starts and both are scheduled to end at 15:30.

The running order begins with lunch service in the Members’ Lounge at 12:00, followed by Kids’ Club and live music from 12:30 to 15:30. Last drink orders are listed for 17:00.
