"Sip a Martini San Antonio's River Walk is lined with bars, but for some of the best martinis in the city, head to SoHo on Crockett Street. The stylish lounge is housed in space that used to be a bank and specializes in wines and artfully crafted martinis, some with a decidedly Texas twist. Among its specialties: a spicy Habanero Tini, a sweet tooth satisfying Key Lime Tini and a house favorite Carrot Cake Tini. Don't be surprised if the bartenders quickly learn your name and your drink, and don't expect to be hassled if you wander in wearing your boots and jeans. SoHo may look a little New York, but it's as friendly as Texas is big and mixes up drinks that can compete with pretty much any bar in the world. SoHo is a popular cosmopolitan local bar that could easily have appeared into an episode of "Sex and the City."
