About Eckington Manor
Set at the edge of the Cotswolds, Eckington Manor is not just a house but a working farm, whose 16 bedrooms are divided between the old manor house and a handful of converted agricultural outbuildings. Each unit is unique, owing to the twists and turns of the original floor plans; all combine antique character and substantial modern comforts. The restaurant is arguably the main attraction, making fine use of the farm’s produce and ingredients sourced nearby, and the cooking school goes far beyond what you’d expect a hotel to offer.
