About Concepció by Nobis
The Balearic island of Mallorca isn’t the first place you’d look for an outpost of a Swedish hospitality brand, but thanks to Gert Wingårdh and Helena Toresson, this 16th-century edifice in Palma’s old town is a spectacular marriage of historical Mallorcan charm and contemporary Scandinavian design. Concepció by Nobis contains just 31 rooms, all unapologetically high-end, as well as a modern and authentic Spanish restaurant called Xalest, a lovely little rooftop pool and terrace, and a chic bar and lounge that serves as a stylish gathering place for Palma locals and hotel guests alike.
