Ideally located midway between Bolzano and the Alpe di Siusi, Presulis Hideaway Apartments & Restaurant is peaceful, sophisticated, and surrounded by beautiful landscapes — just what you’d want on a getaway to Italy’s South Tyrol. It’s the passion project of a local couple who turned an old farmhouse into an elegant boutique hotel focused on the art of slow living. There’s easy access to hiking and skiing, and it’s a pleasure returning to the alpine chalet with its sunny gardens, an infinity pool heated year-round, and a restaurant with panoramic views of nearby Prösels Castle. Pale wood-lined rooms are more like apartments, with well-equipped kitchens, living rooms, and private patios, many facing the Dolomites.
