Le Clos Marcel offers an experience of rare tranquility, helped along by its expansive gardens and its sauna and hot tub. Family-owned, it’s also marked by a personal touch, even if the rooms feel more professional than homespun. Despite its small size it’s also home to an impressive restaurant, a contemporary bistro which prides itself on seasonal ingredients from the best local producers.
